Born in Spain, Marsal moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina before settling down in Paraguay where he made these small figures to support he and his wife. Produced over the first quarter of the 20th Century, These figures over the years have been highly sought after by Folk Art and Art Collectors. This set is in very good to excellent Antique condition. Male figure measures approximately 8" tall and Female measures 7,1/2".
